We work hard to keep products and materials on hand in order to create and/or personalize your item(s) and get it/them shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our work, production time fluctuates, especially during customary gift-giving seasons. Our goal is to have every order ship within five business days of the date the order was placed. We will proactively communicate with you regarding the status of your order, but please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
The integrity of Little Fire Designz is an extension of our own personal integrity. We do guarantee your satisfaction when it comes to product quality, our craftsmanship, as well as secure packaging. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during the shipping process.
Some of our products allow for customers to input text or upload an image, such as a logo. All custom orders will be reviewed to ensure that the image and/or text is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, or libelous. Neither text nor image should infringe on any trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Once a customized order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled and is not refundable. Please reach out to us before placing an order if you have any questions!
